Want a teacher to wear a remote mic? Show them this video.
This video is old, but it’s still my all time most favorite simulation of someone using an FM system (aka remote microphone) It’s only 6 mins 16 seconds and I still will skip through and just show the clips for comparisons of listening at a distance, with noise, and with and without the FM.

Are skeleton earmolds ok for kids?
I feel very passionate that young children and babies should not be fit with open fit/receiver in the ear/receiver in the canal hearing aids without any kind of custom earmold. What’s the difference between hearing aids and cochlear implants? An Analogy
I recently posted on my Instagram @ListenWithLindsay about how the latest research is showing us that kids that receive cochlear implants before 1 year old have much better language outcomes.
